Here are two of the four cards that I will have for the Make and Take table at our church Variety Sale on March 26th. I got the idea from the web for the purple and blue card. I did not have paper that was striped that matched, so I used my Marvy LePlume II markers and made stripes using a ruler as a guide.
With this card, I picked out some fun colors for paper and then matched 4 markers and made my striped paper. I had put away my ruler and thought that I could make straight enough lines. As you can see - I was crooked! BUT I liked it. When I went to put it on the card and use the same layout as for the above card, it didn't look right. I found I needed a break and just tossed the card and 'papers' on the table and this is how they lay. I liked it a lot! So, that is why it is crooked. I used the Cuttlebug Embossing border that has buttons and used round circles for the buttons. I used glitter glue for the holes on the buttons.
